These rules govern your use of the platform. In short: your data must be accurate. Your account is for personal use only (do not share it). Recording, downloading, or republishing any video or PDF from the platform is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Welcome to the "Ms. Eman El-Dahshan" platform ("the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Platform and any content or services provided on it.
By registering an account or using the Platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
"Student" or "you" refers to a Platform user. "We" or "the Platform" refers to the administration of Ms. Eman El-Dahshan's platform.
- Data accuracy: You confirm that all registration data (name, parent phone number, national ID, etc.) is accurate, genuine, up to date, and belongs to you.
- Parent/guardian responsibility: If the student is a minor (under 18), registration must be with guardian consent; the guardian is legally responsible for the account.
- Account security: You are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure.
Fair use policy: Your Platform account is personal and for your use only.
- No account sharing: Sharing your login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual property: All Platform content (videos, PDF notes, questions) is exclusive intellectual property. Downloading, screen-recording, republishing, or distributing any content is forbidden.
- Monitoring: The Platform uses security systems to monitor logins from multiple devices and detect screen recording attempts.
- No tampering: Attempting to tamper with Platform code, inspect network traffic, or steal design/code is prohibited and may lead to permanent suspension and legal action.
- Wallet balance: You purchase lessons from your balance after topping up (Paymob, Fawry, or a center/school voucher).
- Purchase: On the lesson page, click “Subscribe now” — the price is deducted automatically if your balance is sufficient.
- Access period: Each lesson has a defined access period starting from first watch or activation — check the lesson page before buying.
We trust the quality of our content.
- Before watching: You may request a refund of wallet credit or top-up payment if you have not started watching the lesson.
- After watching begins: The lesson is considered used and the deducted amount is non-refundable.
- For refund requests before use, contact support within 48 hours via Contact Us or support WhatsApp.
The Platform administration may suspend or terminate any student account immediately and without prior notice if:
- Account sharing with another student is proven.
- Recording, downloading, or distributing Platform content is attempted or proven.
- Any attempt to tamper with Platform code or bypass security systems.
- False or impersonated registration data is submitted.
- Inappropriate or offensive language is used in comments or with support staff.
If an account is suspended for these violations, the student is not entitled to any refund.
The Platform is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it available 24/7, but we are not responsible for outages beyond our control (e.g. global server issues or the student's internet connection).
The Platform is not responsible if a student fails to understand the subject due to lack of study or homework. Our role is to provide explanation and support; success depends on the student's effort.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced prominently on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
